I have tried to set up a account but no mater what i do it comes back and says that it was set up …. but name and add is BLANK…
if i click on the activate button…. all i get is “data is older then the 24th.” message and fails to let me start!!!
download the viewer and can not get in aas it says that that avie is not in dastsbase !!!
i tried 4 times to creat a account but no luck… 8=((
Im trying to create an acctount under the name of judy muircastle. it says to activate the acount and when i click that I get “this isn’t a valid code or maybe the code was older than the 24th” makes no sense to me
If your using internet explorer, there may be an issue. One thing to try is to use a different browser. If you’re still having trouble, submit a trouble ticket, send me what you want your username, email and password and I will submit the registration myself.
I’m sorry everyone, I didn’t realize people were posting comments with their issues or I would have replied sooner. I have been watching trouble tickets, but I will try to watch the comments more closely now.
Did you change the starting date, I think the system defaults to the current date for both starting and ending. The max the system goes back appears to be 30 days.

How come i just see 3 things in history of account.
